Solar Plexus Chakra

The Solar Plexus or the Manipura is found in your navel area, and it is where you are confident and where you can let go of things that are bad for you.

Sacral Chakra

The Sacral or the Svadhisthana is found in your pelvic area and is where your emotions lie and your sexuality.

Root Chakra

The root or the Muladhara is found at the bottom of the spine and helps you to be grounded.

Why Are Chakras Meaningful?

According to many experts, chakra energy is part of what keeps you overall healthy. This works with different traditions, and they believe that if your chakras are balanced and open that you will build up energy that is healthy but if they are blocked, it can cause you to be sick in your mind, body, or soul.
