Being Calm During Your Awakening

Have you ever wondered about your purpose? Have you ever wondered why you were on this earth? Do you ever feel change but you don’t feel like it is a good change?  Most people that are going through their spiritual awakening will have a list of things that they are going through at that time. There are things that you will experience in your life when going through your awakening that can be very strong. It can cause you to have different feelings. When this starts for you, you need to make sure that you are being mindful of what you are thinking, feeling and doing.

People sometimes will experience extreme anger when they are going through their awakening and it is best to learn how to keep these feelings in check. If you aren’t sure what a spiritual awakening is, you need to understand that the meaning is different to everyone.

This is normally a time in your life where you begin to try and figure out who you are and why you are where you are. You will change your way of thinking and begin to understand that the universe is on your side. You will start to question everything and might even feel that you are going through a crisis. Sometimes, during this time, people want to change everything in their lives. This can be something that makes some people happy while other people find it scary and upsetting.  This is for you to know.

Anger During Awakening

During your spiritual awakening, you might begin to feel sensitive and angry. Some will have different feelings, and this is just parts of the awakening that you have to be aware of. When you begin to feel pressure from people and they want to know why you are acting like you are, it is important that you are honest with them.

Everyone goes through different experiences in their lives and even though some can be easy, some can be tough. It is nice to know that you aren’t alone and that there are other people in the world that have gone through the same things that you are going through.

If you have been angry in your awakening, you aren’t the only one that has experienced this. This can happen to anyone in the world. Sometimes this anger is followed by extreme joy and if you are someone that is very sensitive during your awakening, you will see that this can be hard to deal with. You might experience frustration and feel overwhelmed by what you are feeling. This is a good thing though because you are becoming woken. It means that you are going to end up happy even if you have to deal with the hard parts first. Emotional feelings are part of your reality, and this can be part of your unique awakening.

How to Deal with Anger

The first thing that you have to do is to deal with your anger. You have to accept that you are experiencing it and then accept that it is common. You need to make sure that you understand that at this time you are sensitive and that your emotions can be frustrating and upsetting at times. You will see that you will feel worse in your mind because of how you are feeling but this is normal.

You have to accept that you are feeling this way and not be hard on yourself. You will see that as you go through your changes that it can be hard but in the end you will be happy.

Understand Your Emotions

You need to try and understand why you are feeling the way that you are feeling. Look at the thoughts you are having without being upset with yourself. Pay attention to why you are angry. Are you mad at yourself or about something you didn’t accomplish? Do you feel mad because you haven’t found the partner that you wanted? Are you mad at yourself because you aren’t living the life you dreamed of? Figure out what you are feeling and why. You might find that making money or getting your finances in order is hard or that your relationships are even harder.

Look deep into your life and find out what you can do with this. Don’t be frustrated with your feelings and stop putting yourself down. You are experiencing these things for a reason. Don’t try to make the anger go away, work on yourself and see what you need to change. Do some shadow work and figure out the dark parts of yourself and the negative feelings you are having.

Seek Help

You can find people online and other places that have the same feelings and are like-minded with you. Social media can help you connect with these people. Find people that are spiritual and ones that will help you to get answers to the questions that you have for them. These people will not judge you and they will help you through your hard times. They will help you to understand what you are going through.

Be in Control

You are the one that is in control of how you act. Make sure that you take time to deep breath and to think about what you are feeling and how you talk to others. Stay out of situations that are causing you to have more anger.

Meditation

Meditation is one thing that can help you to calm down and to keep your mind in check. Don’t let yourself meditate just to get through it but really embrace it.

Lift Yourself Up

Lift yourself up. Talk to yourself. Ask yourself why you are feeling the way that you do. This will help you to get rid of the bad feelings that you are having and to learn how to express yourself in all the situations that you are facing. Be in control of what you are talking to yourself about.

Trust The Process

The biggest thing that you can do is to trust the process. Things will happen the way they are meant to, and you will see that anger is not who you are.
